In 2018, during the early stages of a building project, we encountered deep-rooted challenges that plagued customer service and quality across multiple sectors. The market was filled with dishonesty, nonchalance, and greed; clients’ investments were often mishandled, and money was taken without delivering the promised results. Where projects were completed, quality was often compromised, leaving clients with poor outcomes and little recourse. This painful experience revealed to us the significant need for integrity, quality, and customer-centric service. Motivated to address these issues, we began laying the groundwork in 2019 for what would become DH PRIME SARL. Although the exact path was not yet clear, our mission was: to restore trust, satisfaction, and value to clients in the marketplace.
