Managing Director-Huguette Makamto

Huguette Makamto holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Master I in Communication, and a BSc in Journalism and Mass Communication. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, she currently serves as the Managing Director of DH PRIME SARL. Previously, as an HR Manager at Markpedia Cameroon, she designed and executed strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement while ensuring compliance with regulations. Her earlier role as a Customer Service Expert at MTN Cameroon involved managing customer complaints and improving service quality. Additionally, at RH Experts, she assisted in all stages of the recruitment cycle, ensuring adherence to HR processes and contributing to performance management. Huguette is known for her ability to foster positive work environments and drive organizational initiatives that support seamless project operations.
